    The fire broke out at a lithium battery factory near Seoul on Monday morning, killing 23 people, local media reported.     Huangshan in East China's Anhui province has been hit with a deluge of rain exceeding 160 millimeters in some places leading to severe flooding Wednesday and Thursday in Xiuning, Tunxi and Shexian counties. Flash floods were also reported in several other towns and villages, inundating streets and homes. Consequently, on Thursday, Huangshan issued a red flood alert due to rising water levels at key hydropower stations on both the Xin'an River and Yangtze River.

    At 7:38 a.m. on Tuesday, the Chang’e-6 took off from the moon’s South Pole, on track to be the first spacecraft to collect samples from the far side of the moon and transport them back to Earth.
